Colorado Springs City Council has adopted Ballot Issue 300 into the city code. Judge dismisses Bruce's trespassing case

Anti-tax activist Douglas Bruce's trespassing case was dismissed by a judge today. Bruce and another man were ticketed on Aug 15. for trespassing in a Costco parking lot for refusing to leave while petitioning for signatures for a city ballot proposal.
