The Energizer Bunny Hot "Hare" Balloon will visit Colorado Springs next month for the annual balloon classic.

A park official says a white powder found in a balloon near the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia was flour.

The 33rd Annual Colorado Balloon Classic got "fogged" out Saturday morning. Organizers had to cancel the mass launch due to foggy conditions. Many of the balloons were cleared by the FAA to inflate and tether.
