Grand Junction opposes police rape lawsuit

Attorneys for Grand Junction are denying claims of negligence by a woman who says she was raped by a police officer last year. The woman filed suit alleging the Police Department should have fired officer Glenn Coyne earlier, after an unrelated allegation of sexual assault was made in 2008.... more »
