FAA: Pilots allowed to take antidepressants on job

The Federal Aviation Administration says it is lifting a ban on allowing pilots taking antidepressants to fly. The agency said the possible side effects, such as drowsiness, of taking medications like Prozac do not pose a safety hazard. The ban had affected as many as 10,000 pilots. It... more » -
New explosive detection systems at Colorado Springs Airport

A new system to detect explosives in checked bags will be installed at the Colorado Springs Airport. The new system will consist of an automated baggage belt system that will send checked baggage through Explosive Detection System machines.
