Colorado Springs Police are going on Accident Alert Status. Anyone involved in an accident where there are no injuries, or no drugs or alcohol is suspected; they can exchange information and fill out cold reporting documents....

The Colorado State Patrol says Highway 24 is closed in both directions from mile marker 215 to 218. That's between Johnson Village and Trout Creek Pass. There are multiple accidents due to the icy conditions. Crews are working on getting the road open again.
There are no serious injuries.

A motorcycle accident blocked the eastbound lanes of Colorado at Cascade for a few minutes Monday afternoon. A man tipped over on a scooter and hit his head.
He was not wearing a helmet. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
