The Custer County Sheriff confirms a 9 year old boy died Monday afternoon from a gunshot wound to the head. It happened in east Silver Cliff about a 1/2 mile out of town. The boy was flown to St. Mary Corwin after family members found him in their basement.... more »

A Colorado Springs middle school boy accused of killing his 9 year-old brother and injuring his mother will be tried as a juvenile.
