'Titanic' to be re-released in 3-D next year

NEW YORK (AP) - "Titanic" is coming back to theaters in 3-D. Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox announced Thursday that James Cameron's Oscar-winning film will be rereleased April 6 next year. 3D fatigue at the box office

3D movies such as "Avatar" and "Alice in Wonderland" have proven to be such a hit with audiences that Hollywood is racing to make more of them. More than half a dozen 3D films have opened so far this year and a dozen more are slated by year's end.... more »
