Air Force signs new 5 year contract with coach Serratore

The US Air Force Academy Falcons Hockey squad will continue under the leadership of head coach Frank Serratore for another 5 years as he's agreed to a new contract through 2023.

In his 21 years with the Falcons he's amasses a record of 379-335-81, with seven Atlantic Hockey Conference tournament championships, seven NCAA appearances, three NCAA Elite Eights and two AHC regular-season titles.  

“Frank has built Air Force hockey into a nationally-recognized program both on and off the ice,” Director of Athletics Col. Jennifer Block said in a release. “Air Force hockey players are some of ouR Best anD brightest and we are thrilled to have Frank continue to lead our program and these young men as they become leaders or character for our Air Force.”

“I am both pleased and honored they want me to continue as their head hockey coach. I am proud of all we have accomplished and look forward to the challenge of taking the program to even greater heights," said Serratore.
