Broncos fall to Raiders 21-14

Posted: Updated:
OAKLAND, Calif. -

Tensions were high going into Week 12 of the NFL football season. The rivalry between the Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders got pretty heated about three minutes into the game when a fight broke out. The fight began between Broncos' Aqib Talib and Raiders' Michael Crabtree, both players were ejected from the game.

Dozens of team members from both sides got involved, as it took a few minutes to get everything settled down. Raiders' Gabe Jackson was also ejected from the game after reportedly shoving an official during the madness.

The Broncos are dead last in the AFC West, suffering six season losses in a row. They have a current record 3-7.

The team went into last week's game with a lot of pressure on the offense, but they were not able to deliver. This week Paxton Lynch started, in hopes to turn things around for the remainder of the season.

Raiders are third in the AFC West with a 4-6 record, not much better than the Broncos.

Neither teams have been able to score in the first quarter. The second quarter has been off to a rough start for the Broncos after a touchdown was overturned, following a Raiders interception.

So there is a lot riding on this game today, with nerves high, it'll be a a fight to the finish. Well hopefully not another physical brawl, but a good game to the end.

Raiders able to put up some points on the board with the first touchdown of the game, Raiders up 7-0 with 8:45 left in the second quarter.

Oakland puts up yet another touchdown on the board, 14-0 with 2:51 left in the third quarter. Broncos still struggling offensively.

Denver may get shut out this Sunday, as they still have zero on the board. Raiders score a touchdown with 6:25 left in the third.

The Broncos keep facing blow after blow, especially after Lynch was injured during a play with less than five minutes left in the third. His return is questionable. Siemian has taken his place.

What a catch by Latimer, the Broncos finally able to score a touchdown. Raiders still up 21-7 with 10:21 left in the game.

They do it again, Siemian is throwing with everything he's got, touchdown by Fowler. Raiders up 21-14 with 2:39 left in the game. At least the Broncos didn't get shutout, but this is their seventh loss in a row.

This is the first time in 50 years the Broncos have lost seven in a row. Raiders win 21-14.
