Pueblo South football is back in the 4A Semifinals for only the fourth time in school history, making Thursday's Thanksgiving practice all the more special.
"It's amazing really, hard to describe but we've dreamed about it since we were kids and working for for a while so it's nice to get the privilege to do this," said Pueblo South quarterback, Zach Cozzolino.
"It's an amazing feeling to come out here with all my brothers and there's only four teams left so it shows all the hard work we've put in," said Pueblo South running back, Steve Brock.
As you can see on the tweet above, the pressure isn't getting to the Colts who say staying loose but focused is the key to coming away with a win.
"We're having fun, we're winning and we're winning because we're having fun. We're loose, we're a team and that's what we do on the field and off the field, we're a brotherhood and it shows," said Brock.
They face #15 Broomfield on Saturday at Dutch Clark Stadium, kick-off is set for 1:00 PM.
