------------------------------------------------------------------------

Multiple traffic crashes on NB I-25 between S. Academy and Fountain has caused a closure of the roadway to allow crews time to clean up debris.

Drivers can expect a delay up to one hour due to the problem. The call for the first crash came in at 7:30 a.m.

CDOT recommends using exit 128 as a possible detour, however you can expect lengthy delays via that route as well.

Exit 128 is for Sante Fe Avenue which runs parallel to I-25 at Highway 87, and onto Mesa Ridge Parkway to Powers Blvd.

Details on any injuries are not available at this time.
