Arrest warrants issued for husband and wife in connection to homicide

SALT LAKE CITY -

Arrest warrants were issued Friday for the arrest of a husband and wife in connection to a homicide in Golden. Golden Police have issued arrest warrants for 24-year old Austin Jeffrey Bountain and 23-year old Kathleen Elizabeth Boutain.

According to the affidavit, Austin and Kathleen Boutain were responsible for the death of 63-year old Mitchell Bradford Ingle in his camping trailer in Golden on Oct 27.

The victim was found early that Tuesday morning, where police discovered Ingle's truck was also stolen. Golden Police were tipped off by Salt Lake City Police as the suspects are believed to be in connection with the fatal shooting of a University of Utah student.

Both suspects are in custody in Salt Lake City, Utah. Charges have not yet been filed, but both suspects are wanted on suspicion of First Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery and additional charges.

    Fremont County Deputies were dispatched to the 800 block of Drake in Canon City on reports of people attempting to trespass into storage units.  The reporting party told deputies that there were "suspicious people" at the storage units trying to unlock the units attempting to get in.
