Police ask for help identifying shooting suspects

COLORADO SPRINGS -

Colorado Springs Police are asking for the public's help to locate two suspects after a deadly shooting in Colorado Springs on Monday, Oct. 30.

New pictures from surveillance video shows the suspects inside the business located at 2231 East Platte Ave. Party Time Boutique is listed as the business at the address, however, police have not publicly disclosed the name of the business.

Upon arrival on Monday, officers found 24-year-old Conte Emanuel Smith'El of Colorado Springs shot to death inside the business. His death was the 26th homicide in Colorado Springs in 2017.
