PHOENIX, Ariz - -

After eight long seasons, the Colorado Rockies are back in the MLB postseason! Hopefully it won't be a brief trip.

The Rockies play the Arizona Diamondbacks Wednesday night at 6:08 p.m. MT. The game will air on TBS and will be on KOA News Radio (850 AM)

The stakes are simple: lose tonight and the season's over. Win tonight and the Rockies travel to Los Angeles to face off against the Dodgers in the NLDS on Friday.

The Rockies will start Jon Gray tonight, who posted a 10-4 record with a 3.67 ERA in 20 games for the Rockies in 2017.

The Diamondbacks will start veteran ace Zack Greinke who compiled a 17-7 record with a 3.20 ERA in 32 stats for the D-backs.

Rockies Manager Bud Black also decided to add two starters to the Wild Card game roster in their bullpen - left-hander Tyler Anderson and right-hander Antonio Senzatela.

The Rockies also tweeted out their lineup earlier this afternoon.

Here is the D-backs' lineup for tonight.

Greinke has been tough at home in 2017, posting a 13-1 record and a 2.87 ERA, but he's posted a 2-1 record and a 3.41 ERA against the Rockies this season.

Gray has posted similar numbers against the Diamondbacks, going 2-1 with a 3.50 ERA against the division rival this season.

If the Rockies move on, they would play game one of the NLDS series against the Dodgers and Clayton Kershaw in LA Friday night at 8:30 p.m. That game will also be televised on TBS.
