Amber Alert cancelled, 3-year old is safe

COLORADO SPRINGS - An Amber Alert that was issued for 3-year old William Lake in Colorado Springs has been cancelled. 

CSPD updated that a little after 9 p.m. Monday the Amber Alert was cancelled, both parties have been located. CSPD says William is safe.

The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) sent out a BOLO for a Blue 2003 Toyota Corolla with Colorado license plate OBP-131. 

The suspect is identified as 28-year old David Kevin Lake, the two were last seen in the southeast area of Colorado Springs Monday morning. David Lake is described as 5'8, 150 pounds with brown eyes.

William was last seen wearing a black and white button up shirt and white shoes. 

The situation is still under investigation.
