The Colorado Springs Fire Department fought a fire at an apartment complex near the intersection Rockrimmon Blvd. and Delmonico Dr. Monday morning.

Firefighters said no one was injured, but some residents were displaced.

Firefighters described the fire as "fully involved." a little before noon. 

According to CSFD the fire started on the second floor apartment and spread to the upper apartment. They say 12 apartments were evacuated and 6 apartments were directly affected by smoke or fire.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

There are traffic impacts nearby, and drivers should avoid the area.
