COLORADO - It's that time of year where Coloradoans are able to view a sea of gold trees throughout parts of the state.

Viewer Charlie Chambers sent us this captivating video of fall at it's finest just north of Divide.

In Divide, the Mueller State Park holds a Fall Festival where visitors can go on guided aspen hikes seeing the bold fall colors at their peak. The festival features story telling, a program from the Nature and Raptor Center of Pueblo and fly fishing instructions provided by the Pikes Peak Trout Unlimited.

The event is also dedicated to elk migration, where visitors can bugle as a part of elk mating rituals.

Not far from Divide, Cripple Creek is holding their 'Big Aspen Happenin' Fall Festival where visitors can leaf peep, enjoy live music, a pumpkin patch and local street vendors.

The event is held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday along Bennett Ave in Cripple Creek.
