VIDEO: United pilots swap lives with Olympic Athletes

Posted: Updated:

The United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs the Olympic City had some special guests Saturday. Pilots from United Airlines lived a day in the life of an olympic athlete.

United Airlines like NBC has been partnered with Team USA for decades. For the first time ever four of United's pilots got a tour of the training center, and a little training of their own.

Check out the video with this story for all the sights and sounds of Saturday's training.

Sunday the athletes head to Denver, they'll be trained like a pilot going through multiple flying simulators. After what the athletes put the pilots through today they're probably in for a rude awakening of how hard it is to fly an airplane under extreme conditions.

Town Hall in Larkspur hit with graffiti, the doors painted to say 'idiot hick town,' two windows with 'No T-R-C-K Stop,' presumably referring to the T-R-U-C-K stop that's dividing the small town of less than 200 people.
