Manitou Springs Police arrest two suspects after confrontation with a knife

MANITOU SPRINGS - The Manitou Springs Police Department received a call of a disturbance involving weapons early Friday morning. The disturbance occurred on Waltham Ave where according to police a male victim was found with a cut on his head.

The two suspects involved were 29-year old Thomas Walter and 29-year old Micah Dettling. The suspects claimed to have traveled to the area to confront the victim and allegedly struck him with a knife.

The victim was treated and released at a local hospital. The two suspects were arrested, El Paso County Dispatch center encourages anyone who witnessed this incident to call them at (719) 390-5555.
