COLORADO SPRINGS -

A judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by a former Denver radio DJ against Taylor Swift--who claimed Swift had falsely accused him of groping her back in 2013.

David Mueller was seeking up to $3 million in damages, saying she cost him his job and reputation.

The singer-songwriter countersued, alleging she's the victim of sexual assault and battery.

The lawsuits provide differing accounts of events that occurred backstage before Swift performed at a 2013 concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver.

A Denver judge threw out Mueller's civil suit, Friday afternoon.

However, Swift's counterclaim will still stand.  We will keep you updated.
