3 suspects arrested in overnight robbery

COLORADO SPRINGS -

Colorado Springs police arrest several suspects after a man reported being robbed at gunpoint overnight Thursday.

The victim told police he was near a convenience store at 1:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of North Academy, near Palmer Park. He reported being attacked by four men in their early teens or 20s.

The victim handed over personal items when at least two of the suspects brandished handguns and after the robbery they drove off in a blue colored Ford sedan.the victim was not hurt.

A couple hours later, officers spotted the suspect vehicle and were able to confront the suspects. Two adults and two juveniles were in the car, police said they also found two handguns.

18-year-old Rauk Langford and the two juveniles were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
