Falcons face question at quarterback

Posted: Updated:

Quarterback questions seem to come standard for Colorado football teams these days. The Broncos continue to debate between Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch, while Air Force stays quiet on whether it'll be Arion Worthman or Nate Romine under center in 2017.

Worthman took over for Romine in 2016, leading the Falcons to a win in the Arizona Bowl to cap his sophomore season. So who will it be? Truthfully, we aren't going to know for a while. But Arion Worthman gave us an idea of what this competition will look like.

"Me and Nate, we're going to compete against each other. I love having Nate out here, he's a good buddy of mine, we push each other on and off the field, in the QB room and what not. Ya know, he makes a great throw, I make a great throw, he makes a great read, I make a great read so I love having Nate out here," said Worthman.

No matter who is under center, this will be a vastly different looking Falcons team after graduating 32 seniors to conclude the 2016 season. Stay with News-5 Sports as we track their progress all season long.
