The deportation of a mother of the four has pastors in Denver urging more congregations to offer sanctuary to illegal immigrants. Right now only 2 churches offer sanctuary in Denver.

Maria De Jesus Sanchez, who has lived in Colorado for 18 years, was denied sanctuary because the churches didn't have enough room.

Sanchez was arrested twice previously, once in 2001 when she was caught illegally entering the country and again during a traffic stop in 2012, each time she was allowed to remain in the US.

Sanchez was deported without warning last week when she showed up for or a routine check-in with immigration officials.
