The Hayden Pass Fire, burning in Fremont County near Coaldale, has burned 16,414 acres and is 30 percent contained as of Monday morning, according to fire officials.
All structure protection was completed by Saturday night. Full containment could take another six days. About 908 fire personnel are working the fire.
People living in the following areas will be allowed to return to their homes beginning Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. ONLY if they have a pass for reentry. Passes can be picked up at Cotopaxi High School from 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. Monday.
