Police searching for homicide suspect in Pueblo

Pueblo Police are searching for a homicide suspect on Pueblo's east side. Police have surrounded a house at 12th and Joplin.

The suspect's identity has not been confirmed by police, but a witness reported that police are calling for 40-year-old Robert Hallmark, a man who was accused of shooting another man in the face last week.

Pueblo Police are asking for help locating a man accused of shooting another man in the face.  According to police, Robert Hallmark, 40, shot a man sitting in a vehicle in an alley off N. Iola Ave. and 13th St. early Wednesday morning.  Police say Hallmark shot the man through a closed window.  The victim had just dropped off a female passenger.  

The victim was able to take himself to the emergency room.  His condition is unknown.

Hallmark is described as a white male, 6'2" with a slim build.  He has brown hair and green eyes.  Police say Hallmark is armed and dangerous.
