Dear Brakes Plus… 25 Thank-You Notes We'll Never Forget

From Our Sponsors:

Remember the thrill of getting behind the wheel of your first car? The excitement of your family's first cross-country road trip? Did you help pack up the car before cramming everyone inside?

These journeys are woven into your family's narrative and set on repeat.

This summer, Brakes Plus, a family-owned-and-operated business, celebrates its own happy milestone: 25 years of helping our customers take safe trips every day. We couldn't be prouder.

Larry Pisciotta founded Brakes Plus in 1990 with eight employees by his side. Fast-forward to 2015, and Dean, Mark and R.J. Pisciotta have joined the family business, which has grown to include 70 stores (all of which have A+ Better Business Bureau ratings) across six states, employing more than 550 people.

We believe in doing our part to build strong communities. That's why we support Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver, Community College of Aurora, Gold Crown Foundation and local chambers of commerce. We also sponsor sporting events and teams, and are proud to have strong relationships with KOAA News 5, 850KOA Radio, 9News, Colorado Springs Gazette, The Gazette Republic Media/The Arizona Republic and Valpak.

But all of those details tell only part of our story.

We thank our loyal customers who place their trust in Brakes Plus every day. We think their words capture the values of our company, the dedication of our employees and the enthusiasm of our patrons.

Listen in to 25 of the many special notes they've sent to our stores through the years:

From Our Sponsors: It's no exaggeration to say that oil is the lifeblood of a car or truck's engine. Motor oil lubricates and cools hundreds of precision moving parts to minimize friction and wear. It protects an engine from water and un-burnt fuel by sealing gaps in piston rings and seal rings and valleys in cylinder walls. It keeps dirt and contaminants from collecting to form sludge and by preventing corrosion from moisture and/or acids that may find their way into the system. Additives ...
