Quiche

8 whole eggs
3 cups heavy cream
4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, gruyere, pepper jack)
2 cups diced proteins (ham, turkey, crab)
1/2 cup diced peppers (red, yellow, or green)
1/2 cup diced onions
3/4 cup chopped spinach or dried asparagus
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Procedure:
Mix eggs, heavy cream and all seasonings together.
Add protein, veggies and cheese.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Fill one 9 inch pie crust with 24 ounces of filling, leaving 1/4 of crust showing.
Put quiche in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Check for doneness.
Bake additional 3 - 5 minutes if necessary.
