Are you looking for a way to get in shape? But don't know where to start.
A local program could help provide some encouragement and the tools you need.
It's called Weigh and Win and it's a free program all across Colorado.
You start by going to a kiosk and weighing in.
You're able to get motivational texts, healthy eating and active living tips; as well as menu planning options and grocery lists.
Statewide more than 48,000 people have participated --- losing upwards of 140,000 pounds.
The average person maintains a weight loss of around 17 pounds.
"The great thing about weigh and win is that it's individualized for your own success and it's individually driven so you can be as motivated as you want to be and you have the tools in which to be motivated and get active and get healthy," said Mina Liebert with LiveWell Colorado Springs.
She says there are seven kiosks in Southern Colorado.
