Workplace satisfaction low, bosses largely to blame

Today is National Boss Day, but it appears a majority of Americans aren't happy in the workplace, and their bosses are largely to blame.
A new study found 2/3 of Americans are unhappy on the job and their bosses are leaving them feeling unappreciated, lonely and uninspired.
65 percent even said a better boss would make them happier than a pay raise.
The study was conducted by Michelle McQuaid, a world leader in positive psychology interventions in the workplace.
