Work Force Center tests you for abilities and interests

The Pikes Peak Work Force Center will offer a class each Wednesday that might help you start a new career. It's called Career Scene Investigation, or CSI, a take-off of the popular cop investigation show.
The class runs Wednesdays from 1:30 to 3:30 and includes hands on tools to help you figure out your interests and skills and match them to job opportunities. To register, call call 719-667-3790.
Another workshop helps people who may want to start their own business. That class is called Self Employment: The Driver's Seat. It runs twice in August on the 12th and 26th from 9 to 10 a.m. Register online.
