Woman saved, traffic snarled

Colorado Springs police shut down two northbound lanes of Interstate 25 at Bijou today. A woman had somehow scaled a safety rail and appeared to want to jump from the bridge. Bystanders held the woman until police could handcuff her to the rail while fire used a ladder truck to bring her down. The woman is safe now after being taken to the hospital.
