Woman found dead in Black Forest was missing

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has identified the body found in Black Forest on Sunday as 30 year old Jamie Essig.
Essig was reported missing by her family in April. She lived in Fountain.
The El Paso County Coroner's office has not determined how she died.
The Sheriff's Office is seeking help from the public for information about this case. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Detective Bill Otto at 719-520-7189 or the El Paso County Sheriff's Office dispatch center at 719-390-5555.
