A northern New Jersey school board member who held the lone winning ticket for a $211.7 million Powerball jackpot last month has claimed her prize.

Sandra McNeil of Morristown chose the cash option when she bought her ticket, meaning she will get about $101.6 million before federal and state withholding taxes are taken out.

Citing privacy concerns, New Jersey lottery officials said McNeil asked that no news conference or check presentation be scheduled. A call to her home Saturday morning went unanswered.

McNeil's lawyer, Peter Pittenger, says she has taken a leave of absence from her job, which wasn't disclosed.

McNeil has been a Morris School District Board of Education member for four years. She bought her ticket for the March 13 drawing at a deli in Morris Plains, about 20 miles northwest of Newark.
