Winter storm has a ticket to Dixie

Winter storm warnings are in effect from New Mexico to North Carolina, as heavy snow and ice make their way through the South today.
The same storm has left nearly 142,000 electric customers in Oklahoma in the dark.
In Arkansas, up to 10 inches of snow could fall near the Missouri border. Central Tennessee could get up to 8 inches.
National Weather Service meteorologist Patrick Burke says another wave of precipitation is headed for areas already hit.
