Strong west wind will develop late tonight with the strongest wind west of I-25 in the mountains. Gusts from 60 to 70 mph are possible in some areas. Thursday will be warmer before a cold front slides in. Snow develops tomorrow night across northern El Paso and Teller counties then spreads south. Snow continues Friday with much colder air. A stray flurry possible Saturday, dry Sunday with high temperatures staying below freezing all weekend.
