Wind Chill Advisory Until 11 AM

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until 11:00 AM for areas east of the mountains in Southeastern Colorado. Wind chills will be in the -20 to -10 range throughout much of the day, which colder chills likely during the first half of the day when temperatures are the coldest.

El Paso, Pueblo, Huerfano, Las Animas, Otero, Crowley, Bent, Prowers, Baca, and Kiowa counties are included in the advisory.

To keep yourself warm, dress in multiple layers of clothing. Layered clothing is much more effected than just a heavy coat.
