You may have noticed some construction on I-25 between Fountain and Pueblo.
It's an area of highway that unfortunately sees a number of accidents involving wildlife.
So now, C-Dot is putting up a fence to try and keep wildlife off the road.
The area under construction stretches from the Ray Nixon Power Plant to the Pikes Peak International Raceway.
C-Dot says the project will cost about $953,000 and its being paid for by the Faster Safety Fund, from vehicle registrations.
Construction should be done by the end of June.
