"We'll Always Have Paris" at Pikes Peak Center

The 1979 Bo Derek film "10" made Ravel's Bolero famous to a whole generation of movie-goers. Two of Ravel's pieces will be featured this weekend as the Colorado Springs Philharmonic performs "We'll Always Have Paris" at the Pikes Peak Center.
The French musical style is unmistakable for its freshness and flair. The Philharmonic will perform these pieces from French masters:
CHAUSSON Poeme
SAINT-SAENS Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso
FAURE Pavane
RAVEL Valses Nobles et Sentimentales
RAVEL La Valse
A pre-concert lecture will begin one hour prior to the performance.
Discounts are available for students, active military personnel, and seniors at the box office only. Please bring valid ID to receive the discount.
