Another spring storm system is approaching Southern Colorado today, and through the day the clouds will increase. By 2-3 PM, a few spotty showers become possible, but rain becomes more widespread along the Palmer Divide around Colorado Springs by 5 PM. Rain will continue to expand up and down I-25 through 10 PM, and in high elevations it will fall as snow or rain will change to snow.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 6 PM this evening until 4 AM Thursday for Teller County, the Rampart Range (including far western El Paso County and northeastern Fremont County), the Wet Mountains, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and Raton Pass. These areas could see 4-8" of snow tonight.
