Federal investigators say weather is one factor they'll examine as they try determine the cause of Monday's plane crash in Alaska that killed former Sen. Ted Stevens and four others.

Rescuers managed to reach the site just hours after the crash, but they and the four survivors were forced to remain on the mountainside overnight. The four are now being treated in an Anchorage hospital.

The survivors include former NASA chief Sean O'Keefe and his teenage son. The elder O'Keefe is listed in critical condition.
