Watermain break at Constitution Ave and N. Circle Dr.

A watermain break is causing traffic problems in one area of Colorado Springs.
The break is in an 8 inch cast iron line near the intersection of North Circle Drive and Constitution Avenue and that intersection is closed at this time.
About 8 homes are without water right now and that could last most of the day. It is unknown what caused the break.
