There is a water main break on Lehmberg Blvd., right in front of Patrick Henry Elementary School, which will affect the afternoon traffic for student pick up.
Colorado Springs Utilities is working on getting it repaired, and is helping with traffic control barricades.
School District 11 spokeswoman Devra Ashby says parents need to use Babbock Road, off of Palmer Park, to Waddell Street to pick up students from the parent parking lot. Traffic is not allowed down Lehmberg Blvd .
The school will remain open the remainder of the day, as the break does not affect their water.
