Water board President recalled

Residents of the embattled Cherokee Water District in Colorado Springs have voted overwhelmingly to recall the board President.
By a margin of 82%, voters decided to oust Robert Lovato as water board President.
Among other things, they initiated the recall effort following claims his position on two local water boards created a conflict of interest.
Larry Keleher has been selected by voters to replace Lovato.
