Warm, then a storm

Mostly clear and cool overnight. Wednesday will be mostly sunny and warmer. The wind gets gusty on Thursday ahead of a strong storm system. Much colder air moves in Friday morning with a few rain and even snow showers in El Paso county and the higher elevations. The first freeze of the season will arrive in most areas Friday night into Saturday morning. Sunny skies Saturday and Sunday with gradually warming temperatures.
