Walsenburg on alert for this suspect

Walsenburg remains on Code Red Status as law enforcement officers search for an escapee from the next county to the west. Code Red means residents should lock their doors, stay inside and report suspicious activity.
Robel Turcios-Rodriguez, 26, escaped from the jail in San Luis on September 9. He was spotted two days ago east of Fort Garland.
Turcios-Rodriguez is 5' 6", and 119 pounds. He's described as having short black hair and brown eyes.
He is originally from Honduras.
Turcios-Rodriguez was arrested near Fort Garland. Authorities found 12 undocumented immigrants in the vehicle he was driving. He was booked on 12 counts of human smuggling and one count of resisting arrest.
