Voters will decide the future of TOPS dollars

Colorado Springs City Council has given approval to a ballot question that will ask if a higher percentage of Trails and Open Space Tax dollars can be spent for parks maintenance. They passed a version that excludes a provision many parks advocates strongly supported. Susan Davies with the Trails and Open Space Coalition says her group will now meet to determine if they will support the measure.
