Voter registration deadline one week away

Anyone wishing to cast a ballot in the upcoming presidential election must register to vote with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office by next Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
One of the easiest and fastest way to either register or verify a voter registration is through the secretary's website GoVoteColorado.com.
In order to vote in Colorado, you must be legal US residents who is at least 18 years of age by election day (Tuesday November 6, 2012) and has lived in the state for at least 30 days prior to the election.
Sample ballots for El Paso County, Fremont County and Teller County have all been posted online. Early voting in Colorado begins October 22.
