Last year News First 5 met two brothers, Vietnam veterans, who were being deported. The Valenzuela brothers, one Marine and one soldier, were sent letters two years ago telling them to report to court to begin the deportation process -- and they've been fighting it ever since.

The Manuel and Valente Valenzuela were born in Mexico, but their mother was an American-born citizen. When their family moved to America when the boys were still very young, they believe paperwork mistakes didn't give them the correct citizenship classification.

Saturday evening on News First 5 we'll check in to see where things stand now for the brothers after several trips to court; plus showing off information that the brother have found out in their process that makes them cringe.
