Victim hospitalized in suspected drunk driving accident

Colorado Springs Police have arrested a man they say was driving drunk when he ran a red light and hit another vehicle sending two people to the hospital.
Investigators say Kyle Gustafson, 26, was driving south on Circle Drive when he ran a red light at Galley Road and hit the passenger side of another vehicle that was headed north on Circle as it was making a left turn onto Galley.
The passenger of that car suffered a broken pelvis and was taken by ambulance to Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Gustafson was arrested for driving under the influence and vehicular assault.
