Very hot Friday then cool relief

Thunderstorms will rumble across eastern Colorado until about midnight tonight and some will have moderate to heavy rain. Friday will be sunny and hot with the best chance of pm thunderstorms shifting south. A pretty healthy cold front moves in early saturday morning with gusty wind and much cooler air saturday. Most of the thunderstorms this weekend will be over the higher elevations.
